Consolidated Properties Group purchased part of this landmark 1.5 hectare site from its previous owner, Sunland, with concept planning and design now underway for residential buildings that comply with the Brisbane City Council’s City Plan.

The building designs will be limited to 15 storeys and the site’s heritage listed Middenbury House will be conserved, restored, adapted and made accessible to the public for the first time since it was built as a private residence in 1865.

Consolidated Properties Group’s design will include a cycle path and pedestrian walkway connection providing a link across the site from Coronation Drive to Archer Street.

At least 3,000m2 of the project’s riverside area will be open space. Consolidated Properties Group is seeking input from the community for activation of the historic Middenbury House and the riverside frontage.
